Whenever I meet someone for the first time, I’m always proud to tell them that I live in the Lake District. I was lucky enough to grow up in Windermere, my career has been built here, my family is here, and I’ve chosen to raise my own family here. So it wouldn’t be too much of a stretch for me to say that the Lake District is in my blood.

I spent over 10 years as a Windermere-based estate agent. This experience means I can walk into any property in the area and can immediately see whether it’s best as family home, or as a possible holiday home, or holiday let investment. I’m also trained in interior design which means I can instantly visualise the full potential of any property. On the practical side, I have good understanding of the Lake District National Park planning regulations when if you are looking for a property to refurbish or extend.

I hold all the professional qualifications you would expect of a property professional including Award in Sales Of Residential Property from the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA). Member of the UK’s largest property ombudsman scheme, operating under The Property Ombudsman (TPO) and I am also a Member of the National Association Of Estate Agents.
