How much does a property finder cost?

Using the services of a property finder will open doors to homes you are not aware of and save you money, time, and stress. Gemma is always transparent with her pricing and fees and ensure that clients know exactly what the costs are before we start. Nothing hidden, no surprises.

Property Finder Services– Access to Gemma’s network, Off-market homes, Orientation advice, viewing multiple properties in order to select the correct one for you, negotiation, holiday lettings income advice, survey support, relocation advice, accompanied viewings, key collection.

1.5% of your buying price eg £800,000 would be £12,000 + VAT or £14,400 inc VAT

or a buying price of £2.5 million would be £37,500 +vat or £45,000 inc VAT

A retainer is payable on signing the contract. There is also a minimum fee.
