Firstly I have been shortlisted with entrants from all over the UK for Learner of The Year. NAEA will be holding a qualifications ceremony in London hosted by TV’s own Phil Spencer. Hard work and dedication to improving standards within our industry is what it should be all about, and it’s something I am proud to be part of.

The Negotiator Awards is the UK’s leading independent awards programme for estate and letting agents, their suppliers, and the residential property industry. It has been established for 14 years and has become, through an impeccable reputation for fairness and transparency, the most prestigious and valuable awards for agents to be associated with. The event continues to grow from strength to strength each year, with over 260 businesses represented in the 2022 shortlist. The Awards takes place in the evening of The Negotiator Conference & Expo, the key annual networking event for the residential property industry. This year, hosted by the BBC’s Naga Munchetty, it will bring together the leading associations, sector specialists and 500 agents, to debate the issues facing agents in 2023.
